I am an Out-of-Network Provider (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). While this means I am not contracted with insurance companies directly, most (not all) plans will allow you to submit a Superbill (a detailed receipt, provided by my office) for reimbursement. This means the client (you) is responsible for payment at the time of their service.

I understand that receiving reimbursement for much needed preventative and medical care can be a stressful and frustrating task. My goal is to make your reimbursement process as easy as possible, so we can focus more on your care, and less on your paperwork.

To find out if your insurance will reimburse you for nutrition therapy, call the number on the back of your insurance card, and click here to follow this optional insurance script I've outlined for you.

If your insurance plan does not cover nutrition counseling or personal training, but you do have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA) card, you can use that to pay for your sessions.
