Phase 2: Foundations

At this point in your journey you might still need to help navigating your relationship with food and your body and fully connecting to your body through movement and daily self-care practices.

This Phase is offered in one-month chunks, and can be as short and simple or long and complex as we need. This also helps you create a plan that can ebb and flow with the demands of your schedule and budget. Within this phase there might be periods where we see each other one to three times per week. Other times we might go a few weeks between sessions. There is no “official” end point, as everyone will be starting from a different place, and progressing at a different pace. 

Note: These sessions are sold in packs of 4 simply because there are 4 weeks in a month. There is no magic number to how many sessions need to be completed to start reaping the benefits of your hard work. Together, we can find an amount that works best for you.

These sessions expire three months from the date of the first session, unless otherwise discussed. If you are participating multiple sessions per week, a discount applies.
