FREE Intuitive Eating Audio Training

Have you heard about Intuitive Eating? If you're an avid listener of the BodyLove Project Podcast, It's likely you've heard me talk about this with other professionals at length. I've heard from many of you that you love the idea of Intuitive Eating, but you just don't think it can work for you. Or, you're willing to give it a try, but you're not really sure on where to start. That's why I've created this free bonus training; a little extra love from the BodyLove Project Podcast. 

This is a pre-recorded audio training that can be done at your own pace. It will include my advice on how to get started with an Intuitive Eating practice, along with some exercises to help you take action right away. This training will be released on February 15, 2017 and will be delivered via email. Please note, if you are already subscribed to my email list, you will automatically receive this training when it is released.

Cardio Barre Series

In this ballet-inspired and musically driven fitness class we'll work the body from the inside-out. First, stretching and warming up through the deep core muscles to create length and heat throughout the body on our mats. Then, we'll head to the barre and begin to connect to the muscles calves, legs, and glutes, back, and arms. Cardiovascular training will be integrated within each exercise. Recommended: Yoga Mat. 

This series will run for five weeks at Onstage Dance Company in Somerville, MA.
Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Small Group Training {November 2015}

This small group training has all of the benefits of a private personal training session at a fraction of the price. A musically driven stabilization and strength training workout interspersed with bursts of cardio and deep stretching. The perfect workout to keep you healthy through the holidays. Class is limited to 4-6 people, so there will be plenty of individualized attention and modifications for all levels. 

This is the 4-Week Small Group Training Series that will run at 6:30pm for Tuesdays in November 2015.

Shake the Sugar Cooking Class

In this class, registered dietitian, Jessi Haggerty will offer her expert advice on how to shake the sugar habit for good by teaching you how to satisfy sugar cravings without suffering the consequences. As Jessi answers your questions (Is all sugar bad? What about fruit? Agave?), she will prepare and sample four dessert recipes so healthy you can eat them for breakfast! This is a demonstration-style class.

Summer Strong Bootcamp

Sarah Granite (of Granite Chiropractic) and I will be leading a POP UP Summer Bootcamp! Come Meet up with us in Dolan Center in Dedham for a kick-ass workout.
