lectures + workshops

The workplace can often be a breeding ground for mis-information when it comes to nutrition. If the break room is often echoing with chatter about your co-workers’ or employees’ latest diet, or stress about the fact that someone brought in her leftover halloween candy (ya know, to “get it out of the house”), set the record straight with a one-time or quarterly lecture or workshop on Nutrition 101, Intuitive Eating, or Meal Planning. Or, request a custom lecture or workshop topic!

onsite nutrition therapy

Give your employees the greatest gift of all: time. The number one reason for missed appointments in our practice is… WORK. We want to help our clients cut down on travel time and have access to their dietitian during regular work hours and breaks. Bring us onsite (either in-person or virtually) and we’ll work with your employees as our clients, business as usual. If your company offers BCBS, Mass General Brigham, or Harvard Pilgrim benefits, we’ll bill their insurance directly, and this service is no extra cost to you!
