What is an Initial Assessment?
Like a first date where you get to chat about all of your medical and mental health history and it’s totally not weird! In all seriousness, the first session (and often the next few) are a chance for you and me to get curious about your health history, your lifestyle, ask each other questions, and determine how I can best support you. We wrap this session up by answering any lingering questions and setting an intention and self-care practice to put into place right away. If you plan to use insurance, please continue reading.
RATES + INSURANCE
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a form of payment. Eligibility will vary with each plan, so make sure to contact you insurance company to verify coverage. If you are not contracted with the above insurance agencies, you might be eligible for Out of Network Reimbursement. Click here for my "Insurance Script" so you know exactly what information to gather to verify reimbursement before booking your first appointment.
Out of Pocket Rates:
Cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards accepted as forms of payment.
Nutrition + Body Image Coaching
Initial Assessment: $225
Follow-Up Session: $180/session
Personal Training
Initial Assessment: $225
Single Follow-Up Session: $150
Weekly Programming
1x/Week Commitment: $125/session
2x/Week Commitment: $100/session (limited availability).
Weekly programming paid in full at the beginning of the month.

cancellation policy
Jessi Haggerty, RDN, CPT Nutrition & Movement Therapy has a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, there is a late cancel fee of $100. If your session has been purchased in advance, it will be marked as used.
This policy is in place out of respect for other clients and members. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
