Now that the snow is melting and we can literally SMELL summer... I'm ready to show some skin! In a classy way, of course. That's why I decided to create this quick, 5-minute arm workout. Here's what you'll need:
- yoga matt
- 1 cork yoga block
- 2, 3-pound weights
If you don't have any of these things - don't fret! You can totally do this workout on your bare floor with no weights to start. Then, if you like it, you can stock up on some equipment to keep in the house. Check out the video for my substitution suggestions and get started!
