This 20-minute workout is designed to work your entire body using one single piece of equipment: the towel. You'll need a medium- large size towel for this workout (and a hard-wood or tile floor). Using the towel allows you to keep maximum points of contact with the ground, helping you engage your core and feel the opposition needed in each exercise to build balance and strength.
